Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or using services provided by VEH Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking services.

VEH Services provides career-related support including, but not limited to:

• Interview preparation and coaching
• Resume and LinkedIn strategy
• Job search and career transition coaching
• Outplacement and professional development services
   

All services are advisory and coaching-based in nature and are provided on a one-on-one or group basis unless otherwise specified.

VEH Services does not provide recruiting, staffing, legal, financial, or mental health services.

• All sessions and services must be paid in full prior to delivery.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment has been received.
• Rates are listed per session or per hour unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time; however, confirmed and paid bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
   

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at the discretion of VEH Services but is not guaranteed.
   

VEH Services does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, employment outcomes, or compensation results.

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are influenced by many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to market conditions, internal hiring needs, and candidate competition.

Our role is to support clients in preparation, clarity, confidence, and strategic positioning—not to secure specific outcomes.

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their background and experience
• Take responsibility for their own decisions, applications, and communications
   

VEH Services is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

VEH Services does not:

• Apply to jobs on behalf of clients
• Communicate with employers or recruiters unless explicitly agreed in writing
• Negotiate offers
   

Any additional services outside the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional fees.

All client information, materials, and session discussions are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

All materials, templates, frameworks, tools, and content provided by VEH Services remain the intellectual property of VEH Services.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license for materials provided. Redistribution, resale, or reuse for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.

VEH Services provides coaching and strategic guidance only. Services do not replace therapy, counseling, legal advice, or financial planning.

Clients experiencing emotional distress or requiring specialized support should seek appropriate licensed professionals.

VEH Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Misrepresentation
• Non-payment
• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
   

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be determined at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEH Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

VEH Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
